Phoenix Metro | Wholesale Operator
We combined a 90-day mailing sequence, stacked data and repeat touches for a Phoenix wholesaler. In August 2026, the client signed 15 contracts worth about $524K; September brought 13 closed deals totaling $390K.

The Challenge
In Phoenix, this high-volume wholesaler needed a steady flow of motivated sellers every month. Many investors were mailing the same owners, so we needed a sequence the team could keep working and a clear way to connect incoming leads to the pieces that produced them.
Where We Focused
Build consistent seller contact and understand which mail pieces were turning into contracts, including responses that arrived months after a drop.
What We Did
We built a 90-day mailing sequence on stacked list data and ran snap packs alongside a check letter. We tracked the pieces behind each deal so the client could evaluate the campaign beyond the first round of calls.
We raised repeat mailings to about 43% of the list and screened out listed homes before each drop. Campaign phone numbers helped us match leads back to their mail pieces and review cost per deal with the team.
One August wholesale fee of $80K came from a seller who had kept a check mailer received in December 2025. Eight months later, that seller referenced the piece and called. It was a useful reminder that a mailing can keep working long after it lands.
The Results
| Period | Result | What It Represents |
|---|---|---|
| January to June 2026 | 73 to 80 net leads and 10 to 17 contracts per month. | Client-reported monthly ranges |
| August 2026 | 205 first-time seller calls, 70 net leads and 32 appointments. | Calls and net leads are distinct measures |
| August 2026 | 15 signed contracts worth about $524K, including wholesale fees of $100K, $80K and $60K. | Client-reported signed value, separate from closed revenue or profit |
| September 2026 | 13 deals closed, totaling $390K. | Reported closed-deal amount |
What We Learned
We kept the campaign in front of earlier recipients and traced the results back to the mail. The $80K fee from a seller who held a piece for eight months is one example of why we review repeat touches and delayed responses alongside the immediate calls.
Results come from our monthly strategy calls with the client and are client-reported for the periods shown. Projected values are based on signed contracts, not closed deals. Results vary by market, list, offer and follow-up; past results do not guarantee future results.
