North Carolina | Early Campaign Results
We built an all-in mailing program for an 11-person North Carolina team and tracked contracts back to the pieces received. The team signed four contracts in September 2026, one later dropped, with about $60K in projected profit.

The Challenge
This team bought wholesale, flip and rental opportunities across two metro counties. After two previous mail vendors had not met expectations, the owner wanted clearer costs and a campaign that could be judged by the deals coming from it. Data had previously cost extra, so the all-in price mattered too.
Where We Focused
Make costs clear, trace contracts to their mail pieces and evaluate the sequence over more than a single month of calls.
What We Did
We used one all-in price per piece with data included. Each month, 70% to 80% of records were net-new, with the balance used to re-mail earlier lists.
We traced contracts back to the pieces the sellers received and shifted volume toward the ZIP codes producing deals. That attribution mattered: two of September's contracts came from mail sent in July.
After the September review, we moved to a flat offer percentage and added a testimonial postcard to re-engage cold leads from every channel.
The Results
| Period | Result | What It Represents |
|---|---|---|
| July 2026, first campaign | 39 gross leads, 12 appointments and two contracts. | One July-mail contract closed at $32,000 |
| August 2026 | 44 gross leads, 14 appointments and no contracts. | The zero-contract month is retained for context |
| September 2026 | 58 gross leads, 19 appointments set, 15 attended and four signed contracts. | One contract later dropped, leaving three active |
| September 2026 contracts | About $60K projected profit, by the client's estimate. | Projected, not closed profit |
| Attribution review | Two September contracts came from July mailers. | Response and contract timing extended beyond the first month |
What We Learned
We saw an uneven start: July produced contracts, August produced none, and September brought four signed contracts, one of which later dropped. Looking back to the original pieces revealed that July mail was still producing opportunities in month three. The roughly $60K profit figure remained projected.
Results come from our monthly strategy calls with the client and are client-reported for the periods shown. Projected values are based on signed contracts, not closed deals. Results vary by market, list, offer and follow-up; past results do not guarantee future results.
