How much does direct mail services cost?
15% of spend as management fee or $2,500 minimum, whichever is higher. Also a one-time $2,500 onboarding fee.

Can you track the performance of my direct mail campaign?
Currently, only for customers with Salesforce as their CRM. We provide campaign tracking and reporting services. We can track the delivery of mailers, monitor response rates, and provide detailed reports on the performance of your direct mail campaign.
How do you ensure the accuracy of the mailing list?
We work with 8020 or your provided data set to acquire targeted mailing lists based on your specific criteria. We regularly update and verify the accuracy of the mailing lists to ensure the highest deliverability rates.
How long does it take for direct mail to reach recipients?
We do our best to have mail land in the beginning of the week for our clients. However, USPS can be unpredictable sometimes. We have seen some success with people calling in over the weekend, so our suggestion is you staff up on weekends as well just in case mail lands later in the week.
